DRESS CODE

Although the weather may feel warmer, spring has not officially arrived. Please ensure that your scholar continues to wear school uniform pants each day. According to our school handbook, shorts are not permitted until April 1st.Thank you for helping us maintain our uniform expectations and for your continued support.

EACH ONE, TEACH ONE 

We warmly invite you to join us at Sister Thea Bowman Catholic School on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The Doors will open at 2:00 PM, and the event will conclude at 5:00 PM.All are welcome to attend — we look forward to celebrating this event with you!

RE-ENROLLMENT

If you missed the February incentive, there’s still time to re-enroll and earn the March incentive! Re-enroll by March 31 to receive Pizza Day and a Dress Down Day.If you already registered in February, you will receive ALL incentives! Don’t miss out—complete your re-enrollment today!

OPEN HOUSE

An Open House for potential new school families will be held on Wednesday, March 25.  Open House times are 5:00pm until 7:00 pm.  You are our best ambassadors to others about our school.  Please invite those you know who have grade school students to consider attending this event.  Have them contact the school office to sign up to come.

SPORTS HAVE RETURNED TO STBCS

Track practice will begin this Monday from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Sister Thea Bowman Catholic School. Please ensure your scholar is prepared and arrives on time.

KINDERGARTEN SCREENING FOR 2026–2027 SCHOOL YEAR

We are excited to begin preparing for our incoming kindergarten students! Kindergarten Screening for the 2026–2027 school year will take place on May 17th, 18th, and 19th.If you have a child who will be entering kindergarten for the 2026–2027 school year, please contact the school office to schedule your child’s screening appointment.Kindergarten screening helps our staff get to know your child and ensures a smooth and successful start to the school year.To schedule an appointment, please call the school office today.We look forward to welcoming our newest kindergarten scholars!

REPORT CARD CONFERENCES

Please remember to sign up for your scholar’s Parent–Teacher Conference. These meetings are an important opportunity to discuss your child’s academic progress and growth. Please contact the school office to schedule your conference no later than March 18th. We look forward to partnering with you in supporting your scholar’s success.

NO SCHOOL

There is no school on Friday, March 13. There will be a 12:30 dismissal on Monday March 16th.

MARCH MADNESS

The March Peacemaker Activity will be held on March 31st.  Students who have not received an orange WIN slip may be out of uniform, receive a snack and participate in basketball games in the gym.  Congratulations, Peacemakers!
