REGISTRATION PROCESS

NEW FAMILIES TO SISTER THEA BOWMAN

Step #1 – I will like to know more about Sister Thea Bowman Catholic School.

Are you a new family and interested in attending Sister Thea Bowman School?
Please click HERE to start the process.

  1. Basic contact information will be collected in the Inquiry Form.
  2. The school staff will reach out to you to set up a Family Intake Session with the Principal. Intake Sessions are used to:
    • provide a school tour
    • provide information on what the school offers students and families
    • provide families with expectations for student and family involvement
    • provide information on registration and tuition
    • answer family questions
  3. After intake, families are invited to start the next steps of Application and Enrollment (see below)

STEP #2 – I have spoken with the principal and I am wanting to send my child to Sister Thea Bowman.

All families (including new families) will need to complete an Application Families will create an account or use their existing account and start the APPLICATION.

  1. Staff review and accept the application, tracking any other application requirements, such as report cards and transcripts.
  2. Staff send email invitations to parents to complete Registration.
  3. New Families will pay, an application fee of $20 per student, to submit an application.

STEP #3 – My application has been accepted and I am ready to enroll at Sister Thea Bowman. 

This step will follow the Application step, and families will be alerted to begin this process.

  1. Families log in to their account and submit and complete an enrollment packet.
    • New Families link their account to FACTS Payment Plans by logging in/creating a new account. All payment plans are accessed through main FACTS account.
  2. New Families will pay, an enrollment fee of $50 per student to submit an enrollment packet.

RETURNING FAMILIES TO SISTER THEA BOWMAN CATHOLIC SCHOOL

To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access our FAMILY PORTAL through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login listed below. Returning Families pay, per student: $60 for Enrollment.

To access Family Portal (Already have an account):

  • Please go to www.factsmgt.com
  • Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
  • To access Family Portal (if you already have an account)

To access Family Portal (Don’t already have an account): Create Family Portal Login:

  • Please go to www.factsmgt.com.
  • Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from
    the drop-down menu.
  • After the FACTS Family Portal Login screen opens, please select Create New
    Family Portal Account.
  • Enter (STBCS-IL) into the District Code field.
  • Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to
    the school.
  • Click the Create Account button.
  • You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a
    link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security
    purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You
    may use the default username provided or create a new username. Then
    type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
  • Close the window and Log into Family Portal as instructed above.
