I think the difference between me and some people is that I’m content to do my little bit. Sometimes people think they have to do big things in order to make change. But if each one would light a candle we’d have a tremendous light.    Sister Thea Bowman

PRINCIPAL’S NOTE

Good afternoon families,

We had a great week of testing this week. I am proud of all of our students for their hard work. Thank you for helping make sure the students got lots of rest this week.

Thank you so much for your flexibility in last week’s dismissal procedures. Safety is always our number one priority.

Please make sure you and your child have signed the Student Parent Compact form if you haven’t already done so.

Last week, we also sent home a counselor form.   Please make sure to only sign this if you do not give your child permission to see the counselor.  If you accidentally signed the form, please call the office and let us know.

THE SEASON OF CREATION Sep 1, 2024 to Oct 4, 2024

“If we learn how to listen, we can hear in the voice of creation a kind of dissonance.  On the one hand, we can hear a sweet song in praise of our beloved Creator; on the other, an anguished plea, lamenting our mistreatment of this our common home”.

Pope Francis
